Infractions

Verbal Warnings:

Verbal Warnings are only given out if the constable is new, has minimal infractions or it's a very minor incident.

Demotion Demotions are issued for major incidents, or for repeated offences.

Terminations, Blacklists and suspensions:

These are very rarely given out and are only issued for completely unacceptable behavior.

Terminations, blacklists and suspensions will all need to be approved by the Highway Patrol overseer and divisional overseer

Professionalism

Highway Patrol views unprofessionalism very seriously, and any officer that is caught being unprofessional will receive a 7 day Highway Patrol suspension, as well as a Highway Patrol demotion. Repeat offenders will be terminated.
